This website runs on a virtual server provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, located in Germany. IONOS processes data on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in secure and reliable delivery.
The site is delivered through the network of Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 München, a subsidiary of Cloudflare, Inc. based in the USA. Cloudflare acts as a processor on my behalf under Art. 28 GDPR and processes technical connection data such as IP address, time of the request, requested address and browser identifier in order to fend off attacks and speed up delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in secure, available and fast operation. A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. When you open the website, data your browser transmits is collected automatically: page requested, time, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser type and a shortened IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in secure and stable operation. The data is deleted after 7 days at the latest.
I use state-of-the-art technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
When you write to me by email or through the contact form, I process your name, email address, optionally your company and the content of your message in order to handle the request. The form is submitted directly to my server and delivered to me by email; no external form service is involved. To prevent spam, your IP address is briefly used server-side for rate limiting. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract related requests, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The details may be stored in my customer records and are deleted as soon as they are no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.
This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. Only your browser's local storage (localStorage, key "theme") is used to remember the selected colour scheme (light or dark). That value never leaves your device and stays until you clear it in your browser.
All fonts and JavaScript libraries (including Bootstrap, jQuery, GSAP and three.js) are served from my own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider.
No reach measurement and no tracking takes place. No analytics tools such as Google Analytics are used, and no data is passed to third parties for analysis purposes.
This website contains plain links to external sites, for example to my products. No data is transmitted to the linked providers when you visit this website. No social media plugins or embedded third-party content are used. Open Graph metadata (title, description, preview image) in the source code is only retrieved when you actively share a link on a platform.
