# Client portal

## What can I build? Look at what I built for myself.

For Nucez Software I built my own **admin portal in-house**: clients, projects, quotes, orders and invoices as well as my internal workflows, **all in one place**.

That is exactly what custom software is for. There is a provider for everything, but none could do exactly what I need. So I **built it entirely myself**.

## Why I built it myself

I tried providers for everything: accounting here, quotes there, the project overview in the next tool. **None could do exactly what I need**, and half the time went into retyping between systems.

So I built a portal where my clients and I have **everything in one place**.

No email back and forth

## Quotes and invoices

Quotes arrive **right in the portal**, clients accept or decline and see every invoice in one place.

Quotes, invoices and contracts **collect automatically**, and every client maintains their own company details.

No black box

## The project in real time

Clients always see **how far their project is** and what I am working on, with progress, milestones and history.

Everything in one thread

## Support via tickets

Questions and problems come into the portal as a **ticket**. Everything stays in one thread, **nothing gets lost in email**.

No cookies, no Google

## Website numbers

Clients see their **website statistics** right in the portal, without cookies and without Google. Built myself, the **data stays in Germany**.

Shape it yourself

## Edit content yourself

Texts and images of your own website can be **maintained in the portal**. The site I build, the client helps run.

## That is custom software

Not a construction kit, but **a tool that fits one workflow exactly**. If we work on a project together, you will use the portal yourself. And if you need something like this for your business, **we will build it**.
