Services

From idea to running system

Nine areas I can own end to end. Combine them, book them individually, always with a clean handover.

01

Websites and company sites

Modern company sites that load fast and get found.

From a single page presence to a multilingual company site with a content management system. Hand built instead of assembled from a page builder, which makes it fast, accessible and free of ballast nobody needs. Technically clean enough that search engines and AI systems actually understand the content. This site is an example of it.

  • Company sites, landing pages and multilingual presences
  • A content system so you can maintain the content yourself
  • Load times and Core Web Vitals in the green
  • GDPR compliant, without cookie banners or tracking ballast
  • Relaunch of existing sites without losing rankings
02

SEO and GEO analysis

Visible on Google and inside AI answers.

I review existing websites technically and editorially: indexability, structure, load time, structured data, content and competition. On top of that GEO, the question of whether AI systems such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity can cite your site at all. The result is a prioritised action plan with effort and expected impact, not an 80 page PDF.

  • Technical audit: crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals
  • Structured data following Schema.org
  • Content and competitor analysis with concrete actions
  • GEO: citability inside AI answers
  • Implementation on request
03

Consulting and process automation

First find where time is lost. Then automate what pays off.

I come from industrial automation, where processes have to run without anyone touching them. I apply the same thinking to office, trade and production processes: where is data retyped, exported, copied and imported again? I map the processes, calculate what automation actually saves and implement the parts worth doing. If something does not pay off, I say so.

  • Mapping and analysis of existing processes
  • A cost benefit calculation before implementation
  • Automation of recurring tasks and data handovers
  • Connecting machines, scales, printers and scanners
  • Training and documentation for your team
04

Web applications

Custom portals, dashboards and customer areas instead of page builders.

I build web applications that mirror the processes your business actually has. Roles and permissions, reporting, customer self-service, connections to the systems you already run. Server rendered for speed and findability, accessible, usable on any screen.

  • Customer portals and internal admin interfaces
  • Roles, permissions and tenant separation
  • Reporting and analytics in real time
  • Connections to existing databases and systems
05

Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one codebase, built on TypeScript and React.

From the internal app for field staff and warehouse to a public app in the stores. Offline capable, with push, a clean connection to your backend and the full path through store review.

  • React Native for iOS and Android from one codebase
  • Offline mode and synchronisation
  • Push notifications and deep links
  • Publishing on the App Store and Google Play
06

Desktop software

Tools for workstations that need more than a browser tab.

When hardware, the file system or local databases are involved, desktop is still the right answer. I build Windows applications with C# and .NET, including an update mechanism and a signed installer.

  • Windows applications with C# and .NET
  • Direct access to local databases, including the JTL database
  • Access to printers, scanners, scales and serial devices
  • Automatic updates and signed installers
07

Integrations and interfaces

Systems that finally talk to each other.

The most expensive part of many businesses is the manual work between two programs. I connect ERP, shop, accounting, shipping and marketplaces so data is entered once and correct everywhere.

  • REST, SOAP, GraphQL and webhooks
  • ERP, CRM, accounting and shipping providers
  • Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Kaufland
  • Error handling, retries and logging
08

JTL-Wawi and JTL-Shop

Plugins, connections and extensions in the JTL ecosystem.

I have already delivered JTL-Wawi plugins, JTL-Shop extensions and third party connections, right down to the JTL database. Where the standard stops, I build the missing piece instead of bending your process around the software.

  • Plugins for JTL-Wawi and JTL-Shop
  • Custom software working directly against the JTL database
  • Connecting third party apps and services
  • Data synchronisation between Wawi, shop and marketplaces
09

Hosting and operations

Servers that stay up, and someone who watches them.

On request I run the applications I build myself. German locations, monitoring, backups with verified restores, updates and one person to call when something breaks.

  • Operations on servers located in Germany
  • Proxmox VE, Docker and Linux administration
  • Monitoring, alerting and backups
  • Maintenance windows and support contracts

Working together

Engagement models

Fixed price project

Clearly defined scope, fixed price, fixed milestones. Fits when the requirements are settled.

Ongoing development

Continuous development billed by effort within an agreed monthly range. Fits when requirements are still moving.

Operations and maintenance

Hosting, updates, monitoring and support for existing applications, including software I did not write.

I quote after a short conversation, once it is clear what the project involves. Blanket prices without knowing the project are worthless to both sides.
