Projects and references: My own products run in daily operation and are actively developed further. Plus work I have delivered for others, from websites through automation to apps.
Every project here is real and live. Much of it grew out of a concrete problem the standard did not solve. That is exactly the point of custom software: a tool that fits the workflow precisely, instead of the other way around.
NexoVirt
Self-hosted web panel that unifies one or many Proxmox VE hosts and clusters into a tidy, multi-tenant platform. Modern interface, clean REST API, client accounts, plans, backups and built-in automation.
Sits on top of your existing Proxmox infrastructure without reinstalling: multi-host dashboard, in-browser console, networking and IPAM, snapshots and a client portal. Runs from homelab to hosting provider.

My own management portal for Nucez Software: clients, projects, quotes, orders and invoices in one place, plus my internal workflows. Not a template, but a tool that fits my workflow exactly.
Clients see their project status in real time, accept quotes, keep an eye on invoices and maintain their website content themselves, including statistics without cookies and Google. This is exactly what custom software is for.

True-to-scale SVG layout with precise tile and ramp logic, zoom and pan, sharing via link and state persistence. Plain PHP and vanilla JS, no framework and no build.

Auftragspilot
Internal automation of a manual email and invoicing process. The software scans mailboxes for order PDFs, extracts IDs, line items, prices and quantities and reconciles them against the order book.
Missing orders are requested automatically, missing invoices generated automatically. Saves around 6 hours of manual work per week and prevents lost invoices worth about €800 net on average.

Website with image gallery, a presentation of services and a direct way to get in touch. Clean, fast and tailored to photography.
Images are delivered in modern formats depending on screen size, so the gallery loads fast on mobile too. Hosted on German servers, without tracking and without a cookie banner.

Commissioned MVP app (iOS/Android) for dog trainers plus a management cloud. A guided training flow from video and a decision-tree algorithm walks you through step by step.
Complemented by a dog profile, maps for poisoned bait and walking routes, and a community. Anonymized training data feeds a learning training AI.
