I come from automation
I did my apprenticeship at an automation company, building software for batch-size-one manufacturing in the furniture industry. An order came in, went into the system, and from there everything ran automatically, all the way to packaging.
Today I automate, among other things, production shipping with a JTL-Wawi integration and build production applications for cloud, desktop and microcontrollers.
The mindset is always the same: understand the whole workflow, find the spots where time gets lost, and connect them cleanly. Whether a small tool or a large plant.

Automating production
In furniture manufacturing I helped automate a complete production line: the order was broken into its components, the boards were cut, moved along conveyors with barcodes and scanned.
At each machine the line knew, via an interface, which board to cut how, which groove to mill and which edge to apply. I apply the same thinking to your production, at the right scale.

I built the automation of production shipping with a JTL-Wawi integration, so orders flow from the system into shipping without manual steps.
If you work with JTL-Wawi, many steps between order, production and shipping can be connected instead of moving data by hand.

Orders & invoices
For a transport company I automated a manual email and invoicing process with Auftragspilot. Orders came in by email, invoices were written by hand, and some orders were never billed.
Now incoming orders are captured and sorted automatically, so no order goes unbilled anymore. That saves working time and recovers money that used to be lost.

What does automation cost?
The price depends on scope, so there is no flat rate. After a short conversation you get a rough estimate, after the concept a binding fixed-price quote. Small automations start in the low four figures, larger projects well above that.
Larger projects I split into deliverable stages, so the automation pays off early and the risk stays small.
