MAXTON Floor Planner
From the floor plan to a priced material list, in the browser.
An interactive floor planner for MAXTON Design Germany. Customers use it to plan their floor from MAXTON Floor interlocking tiles for a garage, workshop, hall or trade fair stand: area, entrances and tile pattern, step by step. At the end there is a finished, priced material list.
Visually and technically aligned with the MAXTON Design shop: custom CSS, self-hosted fonts, no build step.

The task
MAXTON Floor consists of 333 × 333 mm tiles, sold in packs of 9 (1 m²), plus straight and corner ramps sold individually. For a specific area that needs explaining: how many packs, how many cut tiles, where do the ramps and corner pieces go?
A 5-step wizard
Plan the floor step by step
Pick the shape of the area (square, L or T), enter dimensions or drag the shape handles, set entrances and ramps with a click, choose edge tiles and patterns or paint your own.
At the end comes the summary: a true-to-scale layout and a complete quantity and price calculation, including product images.
Precise to the edge
Tile and ramp logic
Full and cut tiles fill the area, ramp pieces are exactly one tile long, sit only on matching tiles and never stick out over the edge. Inner corners are handled correctly.
The interactive canvas with mouse-wheel zoom and drag-to-pan uses the full width, without page scrolling.
Plan, save, share
Sharing and two languages
The configuration can be shared as a share link, and the layout is fully restored when opened. Inputs persist between steps.
The planner is bilingual, German and English, switchable via a dropdown.
Lean and ready to run
Pure PHP as a session-driven wizard, plus Vanilla JavaScript with SVG rendering. No framework, no package manager, no build step. Runs on any PHP web server. Concept, development and delivery from one source.
