Your key to clear decisions

Strategy & Consulting

The plan first, then the code.

Before anything gets built, we look together at your workflow and your goal. Where do you lose time today, which manual step costs you hours every week, and what should really be different in the end? Only once that is clear do we talk about technology.

Automation does not pay off everywhere. Sometimes the best solution is not a new tool but a better process, or a small interface instead of a big application. I tell you that honestly, before money flows in the wrong direction. You get a clear assessment of what is worth it, what is not and in which order to tackle it.

Why strategy comes first

Most projects fail not because of the technology but because of unclear goals. Before a single line of code, we clarify what your business really needs: which process is stuck, what it costs you today and what the result should look like in the end.

I come from automation and look at the process first, not the tool. Often a small interface or a cleaner workflow achieves more than a big new piece of software. If custom development is not the right path, I say so before budget flows in the wrong direction.

At the end of the consulting you have a clear roadmap: what first, what later, at what effort and what benefit. So you can decide internally on solid ground instead of relying on gut feeling.

Understand before we build

Current-state review

It starts with listening, not with a quote. We look together at how your business actually works today: which steps are manual, where data is retyped from one system into the next and where time is lost every week.

I ask about the daily reality, not a wish list. Where does it stall when things get busy? Which task does everyone keep putting off? What happens when someone is on holiday? That reveals the real problem, not just the loudest symptom.

The result is an honest picture of the current state that everything else builds on. Without it, you quickly build past the actual need.

What is really worth it

Honest assessment

Based on the review we sort out together what can be solved with technology and what cannot. Not every problem needs software, and not every idea pays off. Where a standard tool or a better process is enough, I say so openly.

I have no interest in selling you the biggest possible project. I would rather deliver a small, clean solution that truly helps than a big one nobody uses. You get the assessment I would give a friend.

In the end you know which of your processes can be improved with reasonable effort and where the money is better invested elsewhere.

The right tech, not the newest

Technology choice

Only once it is clear what should happen do I decide what to build it with. The tech follows your project and your budget, not whatever is trending right now.

I rely on proven languages, frameworks and infrastructure that are still maintainable years from now. So your solution stays handover-ready and you are not tied to an exotic technology or to me.

Where it makes sense, I connect existing systems instead of rebuilding everything. That saves time and cost and keeps your landscape tidy.

Clarity instead of gut feeling

A clear roadmap

To finish you get a concrete roadmap: which steps in what order, with rough effort and expected benefit. Not a vague gut feeling, but a basis you can decide on internally.

Larger projects I split into deliverable stages. So you have something usable early, the risk stays small, and after each stage you can decide whether and how to continue.

If you want, we implement the plan together right away. If not, you still hold a clear basis for your decision, with no strings attached.
